-How does it work?
You tell us what you would like to include in the website and tell us what kind of photos or graphics you would like as well as share the kind of information you want on the site.  We will make a layout we think will work for you, after you approve it we will produce the website and take it live.

-Can I put up my own pictures?
You can give us all the pictures and we will try to incorporate them in the layout.  If you want have additional photos we will put up to three photos or graphics you have created per page for you.  We will work with you to make your site beautiful and functional for your visitors.

-What is involved in having a website?
There are many technical things but for you the hardest thing is coming up with a domain name, we will do the rest.  Of course we will need your expertise in your business to guide us in developing your custom website so we will need text and photos or graphics that you want to use on the site but that is about all.  Afterwards you will deal with your emails and any modifications you might need will be done for a modest fee.  If you are ever ready to upgrade we can credit you for the design of the website!

-will I have my own emails?
Absolutely, after we install your domain on our servers you can have up to 5 specific emails or a catch-all email which gives you the flexibility of having any email at your domain.  The choice is completely yours.  Your emails can be retrieved from our webmail application as you with Yahoo, MSN, AOL, and Google or, since they are POP3 emails you can also retrieve them and sending them using an email client such as Outlook that comes with your Windows ™ operating system.

Yes with our included marketing plan you will be submitted to all of the major search engines.

-why will I get it from you if I can get it for free on other sites?

Yes, this low price considering the values you receive from this package must be paid upfront to cover our costs.  We offer these low prices because we hope that as your business grows you will need more internet services and that you will get them from us.  Of course you are not obligated to get the services from us, but we feel we can earn your business.  Since this is such a special deal we will require the entire payment upfront.  On larger future projects we will only require 50% upfront.

We have done extremely advanced websites that actually create other websites and many other websites like yours.  While we cannot divulge all of our customer list if you visit our website you can see a limited list of clients there.

Yes of course, but that is not the primary function of the website.  This site is a branding website.  While you can feature specials and even items on the site you cannot take orders except for single items using a single paypal button.  This site does not have a cart or order taking capabilities beyond the ones I mentioned but we can upgrade your site to a complete e-commerce capable website for just $999 more at any time you desire more function from the site.  We can also customize the site beyond its offer for a modest per project quote or per hour cost.

-Can I check my email from my outlook?
Yes absolutely you have a full POP3 account and you can also check your mail on the web as if you were checking your YAHOO, HOTMAIL, or GMAIL account as well.  You can do either or both as you desire.

-How much will it cost me to upgrade to an e-commerce?
It will be just $999 more for a total of $1499 and you can upgrade anytime you desire.  In fact if you give us $750 upfront we can upgrade you to our standard ecommerce store  and then you can pay $125 dollars per month for 6 months plus your $20 hosting fee and you can get the ecommerce package right away.  If you upgrade after your website is finished you will not have the payment options because it will be harder to integrate the cart into the site at that time.

-What are the hidden fees?
Absolutely none. Not one.  With this website your only ongoing fee is your $20 hosting fee.  Of course any additional work will be billed to you but only after you clearly understand the cost and agree to it.  Upon your website renewal you will need to renew it but that is beyond our control because that goes to the registrar.

-What if I don’t like it?
We will work with you every step of the way and you will approve of the website several times during its development to make sure you like its progress.  We work hard at finding what you need before we proceed with each step.  If you are not satisfied we will redo the portions you are not satisfied with up to 5 changes per development period for the graphical layout of the website.  For text and photos you provide we will accommodate you as much as possible to position them in the way you see fit.

-What if I pay upfront for hosting and I want to stop? Will I get my money back?
Sorry no.  You receive a significant discount because we sell it in volume and it creates positive cashflow for us and based on this the price goes down because we get to use the cash right away

-what if I need more than one site, will I get a discount?
Yes you will get a 10% discount per site you need so that after 10 sites you get a full site free!  Having a “web” of site or many sites pointing to each other each slightly different is a very way to get link popularity and having more than one site is actually a wise decision.
